My imagination is always working. SleeplessSEED is  a representation of this. I love to experiment, particularly with design and food. Cooking has become a key component in my recent experimentations. I am now ready to share my interesting outcomes.

I am a migrational interior architect from Thailand. I have been in the design industry for a long time until I decided to continue my education in New York City. An unexpected incident has twisted my focus.  My passion for cooking developed during my stay in New York. I experimented with cooking Thai food through lots of encouragement (from chefs and cooks in Thai restaurants). I started with my national food (Thai Food), Southeast Asian food, and baking. I am looking forward to learning new tricks and recipes everyday.

I love your food. It’s great to see someone who shares a passion for cooking fresh flavorful foods. I can’t wait to try out your thai recipes, especially the Rad Na, one of my favorites. Keep up the great work.
